The Role

Experienced Carpenter

A qualified professional who builds, repairs, and installs structures made of wood and other materials. The role involves reading blueprints, taking precise measurements, cutting materials, and ensuring high-quality finishes in residential and commercial settings.

Leading a team of carpenters and subcontractors on residential projects from start to finish.

Interpreting architectural plans and ensuring precise execution on every build.

Managing job sites, ensuring quality control, and adhering to project schedules.

Communicating regularly with clients to ensure satisfaction and manage expectations.

Collaborating with design and project management teams throughout each project phase.

Reading and interpreting blueprints to guide all on-site construction activities.
